Bridge usability fixes
- The button stayed disabled while verifying CPF/CNPJ authentication and showed no error message or any message at all. Behavior fixed.
- Fixed behavior where institutions appeared duplicated, with no indication of which account type they belonged to, when a list of institutions was sent.

- Error fixes for these banks: Caixa Business; Itaú Business; Sicredi Business.
