Many ways to charge, on the same infrastructure

From boletos to automatic recurring charges, without switching systems between one method and another

  1. High-volume issuance of boletos, Brazil’s bank payment slips, with automatic registration and a direct integration with your system.

  2. Recurring charges the customer authorizes once and pays automatically on each due date, without your team chasing payment every month.

  3. Native Pix and boleto for your charges, with the option to include an external ID even outside the recurring flow.

  4. A charge ready to send through any channel. More flexibility when your customer pays.

Reconciliation without
the manual work

With every transaction processed, reconciliation happens along with the operation, not as a separate step at month-end.

  • 01

    Charges with an external ID

Every boleto, Pix or card charge carries your external ID from the moment it’s created and follows a traceable flow all the way to the close.

  • 02

Payments arrive matched to the charge

When a payment comes in, it’s already linked to the charge it belongs to. No manual matching, and no waiting for month-end to discover a discrepancy.

Your charges shouldn’t be
spread across accounts

One account for boletos, another for Pix, another for card settlement. Each at a different bank, each with its own statement. The result is cash visibility that never adds up and a treasury cost nobody put in the spreadsheet.

Questions about
Accounts Receivable

What is Trio Accounts Receivable?

It's the part of the Trio corporate account for issuing boletos, Pix, recurring charges and payment links at volume. Every payment comes back tagged with your system's code and reconciled automatically, ready to post in the ERP.

How does a receivables advance work?

Issued boletos and scheduled recurring charges can be advanced before their original due date. You get the amount as available cash, without needing a bank credit line to cover the gap between issuing the charge and receiving the money.

Can I charge the same customer by boleto and Pix at the same time?

Yes. At Trio, every boleto comes with a native Pix QR code, so your customer can pay however they prefer without changing your reconciliation flow.

What happens if a charge fails or isn’t recognized?

Every charge carries an external ID, and you can get real-time updates via webhook. There’s no need to check the statement to find out what happened to the transaction. You can also count on specialized 24/7 support to identify and fix problems with your transactions.

How does Pix Automático authorization work? Does the customer have to approve every month?

No. The customer authorizes the recurring charge only once, and it’s processed automatically on every due date, within the authorized limit. There’s no new approval to request each cycle, which removes the main cause of missed recurring payments: forgetting to pay.

Is there a volume limit for issuing boletos via API?

No. The infrastructure was built for high volume and proven by high-volume operations. Your operation can scale issuance without negotiating limits or waiting for manual approval.

Every charge traceable.
From issue to payment.
