A thousand payments to make shouldn’t mean a thousand transfers.

Suppliers, commissions and payouts go out in the same batch, from a CNAB or CSV file or through the API. Every payment has its own status, from sending to settlement.

Export the spreadsheet, transfer one by one, check the statement.
And repeat at the next close.

Paying a lot of people isn’t hard because of the amounts. It’s hard because every payment becomes a task, and every mistake becomes a search through the statement.

Questions about
batch payouts

What is a batch payment?

It’s sending many payments in a single run instead of one by one. Suppliers, commissions and payouts go out together, from a file or through the API, and every payment has its own status through to settlement.

How do I send a batch: CNAB 240, CSV or API?

The way your operation already works: a CNAB 240 remittance from your ERP, a CSV file from your spreadsheet or an API call from your system. The batch is checked line by line before it goes out.

How many payments fit in one batch?

Thousands, in a single run. Every payment gets its own status: paid, processing or needs action.

What happens if a payment in the batch fails?

Only that item is held, with the reason, such as an invalid Pix key. The rest go through as usual, and you fix and resend just the problem item, without redoing the batch.

How do I download the batch receipts?

In a single download: the receipts for the whole batch come out at once, ready for your accountants and for posting in the ERP.

How much does each payment in the batch cost?

Pix costs R$ 0.69 per transaction and TED R$ 1.99. Transfers between Trio accounts are free, and there’s no setup fee.

each with its own status.
