Payment day shouldn’t mean typing in bills in a dozen different places.

Pay suppliers, taxes and utility bills by boleto, Pix or TED, from a single account. Every payment goes through the right approval, with a record of who approved it.

Boletos at the bank, tax forms on the city portal, Pix on the phone app.
And approval over chat, with no record.

Every kind of bill needs a different place, and no one knows for sure who released each payment.

Questions about
Accounts Payable

What is Trio Accounts Payable?

It's the part of the Trio corporate account for paying boletos, taxes, Pix and TED from a single account, with approval rules by amount and by entity. Every payment leaves only after the right person approves it, and everything stays on record.

Which bills can I pay from a Trio business account?

Supplier boletos, taxes such as DARF, DAS and ISS, utilities and other bills, plus Pix and TED. Everything goes out from the same corporate account, under the same approval rules.

How much does it cost to pay bills and taxes?

Nothing. Bill and tax payments are free and unlimited. Pix costs R$ 0.69 and TED R$ 1.99 per transaction, and transfers between Trio accounts are free.

How do payment approval rules work?

You set who approves each payment by amount, by CNPJ or by team. A payment only goes out after approval from someone with the authority, who can approve in the app, and every decision stays on record.

Can I approve payments from my phone?

Yes. Approvers get the request in the app and release the payment wherever they are, within the approval rule, and the decision is logged.

Can I pay bills for several group companies?

Yes. The group’s CNPJs sit in one login, each with its own accounts and approval rules, and you choose which company each payment comes from.

Is Trio regulated by the Central Bank?

Yes. Trio is a payment institution authorized by the Central Bank of Brazil (IP 619), connected directly to Pix, and every payment goes out only after approval from someone with the authority.

Every bill paid,
with the right approval.
