Do I need to replace my ERP to use Trio?

How do batch payments work?
You group supplier payments, boletos, taxes and utility bills into a batch, check every line of the file before you confirm, and the batch goes through the account's approval rules. Afterwards, download the receipt for the whole batch or the individual receipts in a single file.
Can each company in the group have its own approval rules?
Yes. Approval rules are set by amount and by CNPJ, and boletos can have specific rules. Every approval is kept in the history, and approvers can also decide in the app.
What happens when we open a new CNPJ?
