1.0 Origin
Who built Trio
Trio was founded in 2020 by Peterson Ferreira dos Santos and Manoel de Oliveira Souza, entrepreneurs with a track record in technology and financial markets. Today Trio operates as a Payment Institution regulated by the Central Bank of Brazil under number IP 619, specializing in payments technology.
What sets it apart came from a specific choice: to build a corporate account tailor-made for finance teams, delivering high performance across operations end to end, with no intermediaries.
2.0 Mission
Our goal is
to simplify financial operations
For most companies, each part of the financial operation lives with a different provider, and the finance team pays the price. That’s why we brought it all together in a single account.
3.0 Team
We’re here to stand by your operation
What sets us apart is also how we support each customer, not just what we offer.
A team that knows your business
Every operation has a specialist who understands your reality, monitors the flow and is ready to help at any time. We’re here for companies that know they can go further.
4.0 Group
Raising the bar for
financial partnership
From a payment institution to a complete set of financial solutions.
Expanding from a solid foundation
At the center of our structure is Trio IP (619), a Payment Institution authorized by the Central Bank of Brazil. It was from this regulatory foundation that we began to expand what we offer our customers.
To this infrastructure we added the vision of Fabio Fabro and Gabriel Timm, and brought in a group of securitization companies and Trio Gestora de Recursos, our asset manager. Today, beyond payments, we offer a corporate account, credit and investments, each built on the same regulatory foundation that has supported the operation from the start.
5.0 Customers

Frequently asked
questions
How is choosing Trio different from choosing a bank?
Both answer to the same regulator, but Trio was designed for your product team to integrate and your finance team to operate, not the other way around. Trio offers payments infrastructure built for scale, with a documented API, an embeddable SDK, simpler reconciliation, a dedicated Integration Analyst and a dedicated Relationship Manager.
How long does integration take?
Standard API operations are ready in days, and the actual timeline depends on your technical team’s availability; we’ve had complete integrations done in a single day. Custom flows follow the Design → Setup → Build → Test → Go Live track, with technical support at every phase.
Does Trio charge for integration or technical support?
No. The dedicated Integration Analyst is included in the process, with no setup fee during integration.
